Women on Assignment is a non-denominational group dedicated to raising an army of women who partner with God to advance His Kingdom agenda in their spheres of influence. Our aim is to equip every woman to follow the Lord, regardless of the challenges and hurdles in her daily life and the season she is in. When the challenges of life become overwhelming, loving and doing the will of the Lord can become difficult. We meet virtually on the first Saturday of each month, except in December when we gather in person to be refuelled for the new year. We also meet every June for a ladies' weekend away, providing time to recalibrate and ensure we are still aligned with our Kingdom's mandate.
Our vision is to empower and mobilize women to fulfill their God-given purpose and potential in all spheres of their lives without hesitation or constraint. We strive to create a community of women, who will support and encourage each other to work wonders for their Maker.

Our Monthly Breakfast Chat is a virtual gathering held on the first Saturday of every month. It's a wonderful opportunity to connect, share, and get spiritually refueled. In December, we make it extra special with an in-person meeting to set intentions and prepare for the new year ahead.
Join us each June for our much-anticipated Ladies Weekend Away. This retreat is designed to be a dedicated time for reflection, recalibration, and ensuring we remain aligned with our Kingdom's mandate. It's a chance to step away from daily life and deepen your spiritual journey.
Come together with us for our Bi-Weekly Prayer Meeting, held every other Monday from 9 PM to 9:30 PM on Zoom. These focused sessions provide a consistent space for communal prayer, intercession, and spiritual upliftment, strengthening our bond as a community.
Our Bi-Monthly Evening Meeting takes place one Thursday evening every other month. These gatherings offer a valuable opportunity for deeper fellowship, discussion, and spiritual growth, complementing our regular activities and providing an additional touchpoint for connection.
I was privileged to attend the Woman on Assignment 2024 conference ( Rooted and built up) I was really blessed and impacted. The hospitality was fantastic, I made new friends, my prayer life was improved. The organisation was topnotch. I was well looked after, it's a conference that shouldn't be missed. I also enjoyed the break out session and the one to one ministration by guest ministers.
Gods presence. True love. Divine fellowship. Fun and laughter. Spiritual edification and growth. These are words I would use to describe my time at the WoA retreat last year. It was refreshing to get a break from the daily grind of work and home. To be away with women of the same heart and mind. I came back full - spiritually and physically too - lots of gifts.
I attended the Women on Assignment Retreat 2024 and it was a truly refreshing time. I met a group of fervent prayerful women who are passionate about standing for the Truth and changing their world. The retreat was just what I needed for strength and it helped to rekindle my fire for God
